We can help you to find the right property at the right price.   Once purchased, we manage and oversee the entire renovation process at an agreed price which saves you time, money and hassle.  We will liaise with architects, planning departments and the building inspectors on your behalf.  We renovate so many properties each year that we are able to secure substantial trade discounts on your behalf for the fixtures and fittings.  The property will be completed to a high standard and decorated to suit your needs.  We can also provide an interior design service if required.

We are experts at finding the right property at the right price.  It isn't always an easy process in today's housing market but we have close links with local estate agents and properties are still coming onto the market which are suitable for investors.  We have good local knowledge of  West and South Wales which enables us to identify areas which are most suitable for investment.  There is still demand especially from first time buyers.  So if you are interested in purchasing property for renovation but are unable to find the right property at the right price then ask us.   We do not charge if we cannot find you a suitable property.  (If you are able to carry out the renovation work yourself then we will only charge a finding fee)
