We have good local knowledge of West and South Wales which enables us to identify areas which are most suitable for investment. There is still demand especially from first time buyers. So if you are interested in purchasing property for renovation but are unable to find the right property at the right price then ask us. We do not charge if we cannot find you a suitable property. (If you are able to carry out the renovation work yourself then we will only charge a finding fee)
